NicolePres@DeltaEpsilonChi.org
Your National Delta Epsilon Chi President, Nicole McAlister is a sophomore at Johnson & Wales University, Charlotte Campus majoring in Management and concentrating in Human Resource Management at the College of Business. Nicole was first introduced to DECA her Junior year in high school, when she founded a Chapter at Forsyth Central High School in Cumming, Georgia. She couldn’t let go of DECA and leave all of her memorable and amazing experiences behind, so she continued on to Delta Epsilon Chi to make her mark.
Nicole's Delta Epsilon Chi experience has been full of hard work, dedication, perseverance, serving, and creativity—bringing all of those contributions to the National Officer Team every day. Nicole is what you would call a "DECA/Delta Epsilon Chi nerd". Her plans are to maintain a consistent communication with members, grow membership, build a stronger relationship between Delta Epsilon Chi and DECA, and establish a strong National Officer Team.
Around campus you can catch Nicole participating with the Student Government Association, the Student Alumni Association, the Collegiate Ambassador Team, or at work in the Office of Student Activities helping other clubs and organizations become successful. But no matter where she is or what she’s doing she is promoting Delta Epsilon Chi.
Nicole is excited, challenged and humbled to serve as the National President and looks forward to working directly with the members, advisors, and DECA staff. She is ready to live by promoting and representing Delta Epsilon Chi wherever she goes, learn by continuously asking questions and working with current and potential members, and lead by example for a united National Officer team while sharing all of her knowledge and experiences with whoever she comes into contact. She is dreaming beyond the Horizon.
